Chef and Line Cook for more than 20 years.

The owner of Ethan’s Kusina has served as an international chef at Atlanta Marriott Marquis in 2001, and Atlanta Country Club in 2004.

He also worked at Century Park Hotel Manila, Anfa Royale Hotel, and Sheraton Manila Hotel as a Line Cook, and Garde Manger.
