Ethan Andrew Rodriguez is a dynamic 6th-grade leader and performer dedicated to the art of storytelling and the spirit of community in Jersey City. Currently serving as a 6th Grade student at Hamilton Park Montessori School, Ethan was recently honored with a selection as a Student Ambassador under Poet Laureate Melida Rodas, where he works to elevate the voices of young people through poetry and spoken word.

Ethan’s presence on the stage is as versatile as it is impactful. A talented actor and performer with Skyline Arts, he has starred in various plays, bringing characters to life with the same passion he brings to the podium. His theatrical training shines through in his competitive oratory; he earned 1st Place in the Jersey City Middle School MLK Oratory Contest and was recognized as the Stevens Institute Middle School MLK Winner.

Ethan’s creativity is deeply rooted in his cultural heritage as a member of Segunda Quimbamba, where he performs traditional Puerto Rican Bomba y Plena. This same energy carries over to the world of sports. Whether he is playing for Hurley basketball or taking the field for Roberto Clemente baseball, Ethan is a dedicated teammate and competitor.
