4. Simulated Nature of the App
All ETH rewards, balances, and wallet data are fictional and for entertainment only.
No real cryptocurrency is mined, traded, or stored.
ETH Miner X complies with Google Play’s “Events & Simulation” category.
No gambling, betting, or real-money features are included.
5. Children’s Privacy
ETH Miner X is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your region).
If any data from a child is collected unintentionally, we delete it promptly.
6. Your Rights
You can:
Request deletion of your local app data
Disable analytics or ad tracking in your device settings
Reinstall the app to reset permissions and data
We do not operate cloud storage or login-based accounts; all data is stored locally or anonymized.
7. Data Retention
Anonymized gameplay and ad data are retained for up to 12 months for analytics and improvement, then deleted or further anonymized.
We never sell or share data beyond what’s required for functionality and ad delivery.
8. Regional Compliance (EU, UK, US, Switzerland)
ETH Miner X supports GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss nFADP, and CCPA/CPRA compliance.
Users can manage consent for personalized or non-personalized ads via Google’s Consent Management Platform (CMP).

9. Anti-Fraud and Fair Use
