ETERNALS PVE Clan Agreement

Welcome to EternalsPVE!

This Clan Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for your membership in EternalsPVE . By joining the Clan, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Clan Purpose

• EternalsPVE exists to develop teamwork, brotherhood, competitive gaming, and more. The Clan concentrates on ZA or PVE Mode, sometimes PVP. 

Membership

• Membership is entirely voluntary. Leaders and officers maintain the right to accept or decline membership applications at their discretion.

• You are responsible for keeping your Clan profile's information accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Respect and Conduct: You are expected to be respectful and courteous to other members. Harassment, bullying, and other disruptive behaviors will not be tolerated.

• While involvement is voluntary, prolonged inactivity may result in removal from the Clan.

• Representation: When representing the Clan in online games, forums, or other platforms, you must preserve the Clan's principles and reputation.

• Cheating and Exploits: It is highly banned to cheat, exploit bugs, or do any other acts that give you an unfair advantage in Clan-related games or activities.

• Respect and adhere to directions from Clan leadership about Clan activities and events.

Content and Communication

• You are responsible for the content you post in Clan communication channels (forums, chats, etc.).

• The Clan reserves the right to remove any information deemed inappropriate or harmful.

• Respectful and acceptable language is expected across all communication mediums.

• Spamming, advertising, or promoting unrelated content is strictly forbidden.

Termination

• We have the right to terminate your membership at any time for breaching this Agreement or for any other cause determined by the Clan leadership.

• You can leave the Clan at any moment.

Disclaimer

• We provide no express or implied warranties regarding the Clan or any services or activities provided.

• You engage in Clan activities at your own risk.

Dispute Resolution

• We advise you to settle any disputes with other members directly. If you are unable to resolve a problem, you may notify the Clan leadership.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in conformity with Philippine laws.
