The Gray Administration 2025-2032

On 1 January 2025, a new Administration takes office. Elected for a first mandate in July, President Rose J. Gray leads the first Council of Ministers to deliver the 2025-2032 mandate. Over the next seven years, the Council will work on seven ambitious political priorities to make Westdom stronger and safer.

The Council of Ministers

Established by the Constitution, the Council of Minister's role is to advise the President on any subject they may require relating to the duties of each Minister’s respective portfolio.

Office of Presidential Communications and Public Affairs

The Office of Presidential Communications and Public Affairs (OPCPA) is a government office responsible for managing communication between the Gray Administration and the public. It develops official messaging, handles media relations, issues press releases, coordinates public information campaigns, and helps shape the government’s public image.
