There are views of those who are not only against the Guru's of ISKCON but also against the whole Hare Krishna Movement and thus also against the Veda's and Vedanta.
One of these is Willem Vandenberg (Varnadi Das) who joined ISKCON in Amsterdam 1990. He served in the Bhaktivedanta Book Trust in Sweden as a translator and editor and as a manager of one of its sub-complexes. After officially leaving ISKCON in 2010 he went on to further his career as a computer programmer in higher education. He now lives in Texas and enjoys life reading, writing, and traveling the world.
He has many papers written against ISKCON, GBC, Guru's and also against Srila Prabhupada. This Willem Vandenberg joined ISKCON in 1990 and left in 2010. These kinds of people, who apparantly needed 20 years to find out that maybe ISKCON or chanting Hare Krishna is not his thing afterall, are answered here.
Please note, that indeed, GBC Guru's (some of them and their followers) do have some responsibility of the things Willem Vandenberg accuses them of, this does not mean that all of a sudden the whole Hare Krishna Movement can be criticized. This is the plan of those who do not accept Srila Prabhupada as the spiritual master. The arguments against Chanting the Holy Names of the Lord are pathethic indeed and it proves that mankind's intelligence level is dwindling very fast. Whenever these people are answered, they start censoring, killing, threatning and abusing people.
