All participants are required to register for the conference. Registration opens on 30 December 2025.
The registration fee covers:
Admission to all conference sessions and events
Accommodation, meals and refreshments for the duration of the conference
Conference kit and certificates

Faculty / Research Associates / Postdocs: ₹ 10,000.00 ($120)
PhD Scholars / Students: ₹ 2,000.00 ($25)
Corporate / Industry / Others: ₹ 15,000.00 ($180)
Grants and concessions
A limited number of financial support grants will be available for young researchers and PhD scholars presenting accepted papers. Details regarding eligibility and the application process will be announced along with the acceptance notification.
