"WALK WITH NATURE FOR A BETTER FUTURE"
Unity and cooperation are good ways to make our environment better
Environment is no one's property to destroy; it's everyone's responsibility to protect. -Mohith Agadi
INTRODUCTION:
Have you ever thought about what the older generations owe the young generations 50 years after the first Earth Day? Young people, who will suffer the consequences of inaction, are leading the change for climate action. Fifty years ago, or the first Earth Day. 20 million participants demanded immediate action or a pressing public health issue. Earth Day also led to the passage of the clean water and Endangered Species Acts. Public health experts have received a rare opportunity to redirect public policy because of the dire threat the coronavirus poses. But in recent years, the U.S. government has repeatedly sidelined public health solutions for the global climate crisis and other deadly social and environmental emergencies. It’s past time to embrace the agenda of the youth-based climate strike for environmental justice and sustainability.
When is the time to react and do something for environmental justice? Let us keep mother earth alive. Let’s plant to keep the environment green. Maintain clean and advocate green for the future generation.
PURPOSE:
The purpose of the project walk in nature is to visualize the concept of the importance and the ways to improve the environment to a much greener and cleaner environment. This is not just targeting the present time but for the next generation that may live. Promoting the advantages of a greener environment for a better future ahead of us. Initiating procedures that can raise awareness about the importance of environmental conservation. There’s a tone of suggestion that everyone can do but society must be aware of the safer and much low-cost budget for the project and advocacy. But if we look closely, we can have a big impact by just doing small acts like putting the trash in the trashcan and planting trees. Given that every one of us has knowledge of how to protect and take care of nature the only problem is, we don’t have the right discipline to do so, or we need a little push to do these things. But it is so much more, we need to engage and be connected on the project walk with nature for a better future to give us a purpose not just to give it shed light on how the environment is directly linked to human health and the only way in which the environment can be restored is through the application of science and conscious, sustainable, natural practices.
DESCRIPTION:
This project will encourage people to keep cleanliness and organization in the environment because we will be doing “give and take”. Since everything has a cost nowadays, we will turn your garbage into gold. Your garbage can be food, school supplies, or other essentials needed for everyday life. All you must do is bring the recyclable garbage into your houses, then we will give you the things you want, and need in exchange. This project will be in a randomly chosen barangay. Anywhere, if the place and the people are willing to walk with nature.
SUPPORT:
The estimated budget needed for the project is ranging from 500 to 1000 pesos. This includes the snacks, foods, and supplies that will be used as a trade.
