Go Green! is a campaign with the motto “Saving the environment is saving the future generations”. This movement addresses environmental concerns. It aims to unite students of BalseHigh and their families to participate in the Green Movement. Our main aim is to educate students as well as their loved one’s ways to prevent global warming and hopefully saved the mother earth in the long run. Prevention starts within us, therefore by taking part in our campaign we can learn a lot on how we can engage in living a resourceful life.

Saving the environment is the main motive of the project. As more problems plague our earth, the climate change is growing worse. This project is worth sponsoring as it will delay or hopefully stop the worst possible outcomes of global warming. This project might also enlighten students on how to segregate their waste properly and realize their wrongdoings.

Go Green! will progressively rescue our world by mending other people's wrongdoings, which can be a major benefit for the environment. The project will last for 3 months, and sessions are every Saturday. Set activities will be alternating every week. Attendees will be given free food, drinks, and materials that will be used for the project. The first set of activity will begin with a Coastal Cleanup from 6 am to 9 am, then followed by waste segregation that were obtained during the Cleanup which will last until 11 am. On the second week, another set of activities will be given. The first activity, which runs from 7 to 9 am, will be Tree Planting. From 9 am to 6 pm, there will be a waste and recycling management that will be held at homes. Followed by that, attendees are expected to participate on the Daylight-Saving Time activity. For an hour, they’re anticipated to postpone using electricity hence every participant can save simultaneously. With these simple activities, there can be a huge difference.

The estimated budget needed for the project will range PHP 15,000 to PHP 30,000. This only include the seeds, cleaning and planting materials, picnic mats, food, and drinks.
