A Word to Applicants

Thank you for your interest in helping with children’s camp! We are so excited that you have found value in and made space for sacrificing your time and energy to help our ET children have a spiritually engaging camp experience.  We couldn't have a great camp without our fabulous  volunteers!

Please note that there is limited space available for counselors. In order to ensure that your space is saved, please complete each of the following steps as quickly as possible. If your application is unable to be selected, you will be contacted promptly and your church will be issued a refund.

Please note that incomplete applications cannot be selected.

Volunteer Registration Check List

⬜ Background Check Form (Adult Counselors)

⬜ Parent Notarization &  Medical Form (Junior Counselors)

⬜ Pastoral Recommendation Form (District Licensed & Ordained Pastors Excluded)

⬜ Fee

          Adults: $100

          Jr. Counselors: $160

          *Each Church may send two Jr. Counselors for the reduced price of $100*
          *All Jr. Counselors must be 15 years old at the start of camp week*
