📣 We're Hiring: Estimator / Jr. Estimator (Construction Specialty Trades)

📍 Location: Orlando, Florida (On-Site)

Dennaoui, Inc., a growing construction company based in Orlando, is looking to hire a motivated Estimator or Jr. Estimator to join our team! We specialize in: 

• 🛠 Insulation

• 💧 Waterproofing

• 🔧 Caulking

• 📏 Expansion Joints

• 🔥 Fireproofing

We regularly partner with top general contractors on multifamily and commercial projects throughout all of Florida.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reviewing project drawings and specifications

• Performing accurate takeoffs using PlanSwift

• Preparing detailed and competitive bids

• Coordinating with GCs and internal project teams

• Supporting the preconstruction process with accurate cost estimates

What We're Looking For:

✅ Experience using PlanSwift (preferred, but not required)

✅ Previous experience in construction estimating is a plus

✅ Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

✅ Solid communication and organizational skills

✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
