AI Song Generator & Make Music (“the App”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
We do not require accounts (no registration, no login).
We do not collect or store personal data on our own servers for song creation.
Third-party services we use (e.g., ads, subscriptions, AI generation) may collect or process certain data under their own policies (see Section 5).

When you generate a song, your prompt/lyrics (and any optional uploaded inputs) are sent to our AI processing provider, fal.ai (“fal”), to run the generation request. Fal.ai
Our servers act as a temporary transmission layer and are not designed to permanently store your prompts, uploads, or generated songs.
We do not permanently store your prompts, uploads, or generated songs on our servers.
fal may retain generated files temporarily according to their platform behavior/policies (for example, their documentation notes generated files are guaranteed to be available for at least a period of time and may be deleted after). docs.fal.ai

The App does not perform identity verification, voiceprint identification, speaker recognition, or biometric profiling.
Any vocals/audio content is processed only to create the requested output (song/music generation).
We do not:
Sell your prompts, lyrics, uploads, or generated songs
Use your content to identify you
Use your content for our own marketing
Keep a permanent library of your generations on our servers
To support the App’s functionality and monetization, we may use:
fal.ai (AI generation provider): Processes prompts/inputs to generate music. See fal’s Privacy Policy for their data practices. Fal.ai
RevenueCat (subscriptions, if enabled): Helps manage in-app purchases/subscriptions; purchase data is also handled via Apple App Store / Google Play and related providers.
These third parties operate under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit (e.g., encrypted connections) and limit access to our systems. However, third-party services process data under their own security and privacy practices.
We do not sell, rent, or share your song-generation content except:
To fal.ai as necessary to generate songs you request
To monetization providers (e.g., AdMob/RevenueCat) as part of subscriptions
The App may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external sites.
AI Output Disclaimer: Generated music is created by automated systems; results may vary.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the generated output will meet professional standards or specific expectations.
Use at your own risk: We are not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from use of generated outputs, including issues related to rights, licensing, or suitability.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit:
Lyrics you provide
Any audio/media you upload (if applicable)
You should keep copies/backups of anything important.
We aim to comply with applicable privacy laws. Because we do not store personal data for song creation on our servers, requests related to data handled by third parties (ads/subscriptions/AI processing) should be directed to those providers per their policies.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information via a third-party service used by the App, please contact that provider and/or contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above.
