By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this App, you agree to comply fully with these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use and uninstall the App immediately.
The App is designed to assist users paraphrase texts. It provides general informational content for recreational, educational, or personal purposes and does not guarantee absolute accuracy or reliability of information.
By using this App, you agree to the following conditions:
Personal, Non-Commercial Use: The App is strictly intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities likely to harm the App's operation or stability, including:
Reverse engineering, modifying, or decompiling the App;
Attempting unauthorized access to the App’s code or services;
Disrupting App infrastructure or user experience.
Compliance with Intellectual Property: You acknowledge that all App content (logos, images, text, design, software algorithms, etc.) belongs exclusively to us, protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, distribute, publicly display, reproduce, or create derivative works without express written permission.
The App may offer a free trial period for premium features. Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled by the user before expiration. Subscription-related charges, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions.
We do not directly control payment processing, billing management, or refunds. If you require refund assistance, please directly contact Apple Support.
The App offers optional in-app purchases and may offer "Lifetime" or "One-Time Payment" features to permanently unlock premium content access. "Lifetime" refers explicitly to the life of the App itself, not the user's lifetime. While we endeavor to maintain ongoing service and functionality, we expressly retain the right to alter, discontinue, or terminate the App or any lifetime product or service for reasons including—but not limited to—the following:
Technological changes or software incompatibilities;
Operational or legal requirements;
External circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
Business or strategic considerations.
You expressly acknowledge that purchasing a "Lifetime" feature indicates acceptance and understanding of this condition. No refunds or compensation shall be provided in case of discontinuation unless explicitly required by applicable laws or App Store policies.
Since the App provides digital content, purchases through Apple’s App Store, including subscriptions and lifetime purchases, are subject exclusively to Apple's refund policies. If you experience any issue requiring a refund, please contact Apple directly via their official refund request channels.
You expressly understand the App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without claims or warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or suitability for a particular use. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, nor guarantee the quality or reliability of information provided via the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Ertuğrul Sarı nor affiliated parties shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use or inability to use the App or reliance on data provided by the App. You explicitly acknowledge you assume all potential risks arising from your use of the App.
All rights, title, and interest (including all copyrights, trademarks, software, and other intellectual property rights) relating to the App and its associated content or materials remain solely owned by Ertuğrul Sarı.
You receive a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, revocable license permitting only personal, non-commercial use of the App. Any unauthorized use violates these Terms and applicable laws.
We reserve the right to update, modify, revise, or discontinue partially or entirely the App and its services without prior notice. Updates may be necessary to enhance user experience or ensure compliance with applicable laws. Continued use following any update signifies your acceptance of changes.
We may, at any time, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access, with or without prior notice, if we find you in violation of these Terms. Termination will not entitle you to refunds unless explicitly required by Apple's policies.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Turkey. Any dispute or claims arising out of or related to these terms or the App shall initially undergo amicable settlement efforts via mediation. If unresolved amicably, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Turkey.
Users residing in jurisdictions with additional privacy or consumer protection regulations (such as GDPR applicable regions, CCPA in California, LGPD in Brazil, etc.) may have additional rights under applicable local laws.
Your use of the App also confirms your agreement with our Privacy Policy, which explains our handling of user data, privacy measures, and compliance practices. Our Privacy Policy is accessible within the App and on our website.
