Ester López Cárdenas is currently investigating the effect of thinking style in the development of Key Skills 2030 in university students. Her professional career as a psychologist in the educational field was combined with doctoral courses on Functional Behavior Analysis during the years 1995-1997, which allowed her to emphasize the transfer of scientific knowledge to schools and family environments. In 2000 she created the spin-off www.centrofamilias.com after signing a collaboration agreement with the Life Spam Institute of the University of Kansas and the Ann Sullivan Center (Peru) where she specialized in it. Since 2018, she has moved to San Francisco (USA), which allows her to start her first contacts with ESTEM environments through Stanford University and the Netlify start-up. In 2020 she returns to Spain to carry out the teaching innovation project “Sustainable educational model based on transversal competences and teaching methodologies adapted to the different thought profiles of the students of the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences.
