Estefanía Galván

I am an Assistant Professor [Profesora Adjunta en régimen de dedicación total] at Instituto de Economía (IECON), Economics Department, Universidad de la República (Uruguay). I obtained my PhD in Economics in December 2020 at the Aix-Marseille School of Economics (AMSE) - Aix-Marseille University, France.

I am an active researcher of the National Research System (SNI- ANII)

​My research interests lie in the fields of applied labor economics, inequality and development, with an emphasis on gender issues.
