The European project ESTEEM has as its main objective to improve and stimulate confidence in female entrepreneurship while exploring and developing methodologies to support the creation of craft businesses.
Partners from four European countries are in charge of developing this project. More specifically, intellectual outputs 1 and 2, which support these four training modules, are based on two specific products: on the one hand, a study of the biopsychosocial criteria that influence the cognitive profile of entrepreneurs, their impact on organizational strategies and the ability of entrepreneurs to activate creative keys for change within their situational context (IO1); on the other hand, a review of the literature on entrepreneurship, which offers a wide set of perspectives on entrepreneurship, transversal to different societies, through which the general trends could be related to the previous results of the project on the cognitive profiles of entrepreneurs. The entrepreneurs.
Based on all this, the following four training modules of the ESTEEM project are presented and they can be accessed by clicking on each of them.
In each of the modules, there are practical activities to develop them and implement their knowledge, especially in women entrepreneurs.
