• Full Sized Booth $380+GST ($19) per booth for the 2-day event (Feb 12-13, 2026). 

• Small Sized (Less than half sized) Booth $250+GST ($12.50) per booth for the 2-day event (Feb 12-13, 2026). 

• Registered exhibitors will be notified in January of their booth location and placement.

• Each full sized booth will come equipped with two 8-foot skirted tables with signage. The small sized booth are quipped with one 8-foot skirted table. Booths will be in quads with 10' aisles (See photo).

• It is our hope that if we fill our entire hall space everyone will have a corner booth, but if we go over capacity, we may have to readjust our configuration. Since there is no cost difference between a corner or regular booth, our hope is that everyone will be satisfied with the booth layouts. If you must have a corner booth, please indicate. 

• For Power or other services: The online ordering site for exhibitors will be ready to begin accepting orders later on in the fall. 

• We will be hosting a Goosechase Scavenger Hunt! If any exhibitors would like to donate a small prize for the general prize box, please let us know by contacting the ESTCA Exhibit Coordinator.
