I am an AHPRA-registered physiotherapist and the founder of Estate Physio & Rehab. I graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of Queensland.
I have experience across occupational health, hospital, and private practice settings, which gives me insight into workplace injuries, functional demands, and injury prevention. This allows me to deliver practical, evidence-based care focused on restoring function, preventing re-injury, and helping people move confidently in daily life, work, and sport.
My approach is centred on practical, evidencebased care that helps people move with confidence—whether that means reducing pain, restoring function, or building long term resilience. I focus on identifying the root cause of your symptoms, communicating clearly, and tailoring rehabilitation to your goals rather than relying on short term fixes.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy playing golf, training at the gym, boxing and Muay Thai, and spending quality time with friends, family, and my partner.

My goal isn’t just to get you out of pain.
I’ve experienced injuries myself and understand they affect more than just your body—they impact your mindset, work, and the time you spend doing what you enjoy. This has shaped how I practise, with a focus on long-term results rather than short-term relief.
At Estate Physio & Rehab, I help people recover from pain and reduce the risk of re-injury using a simple, three-step approach.
First, I listen and look beyond your symptoms to understand your lifestyle and daily demands. By identifying factors that may have contributed to your pain, we can make practical changes to reduce flare-ups when you return to your normal routine.
Second, I use a clear, functional assessment to identify the root cause of your problem. I avoid unnecessary jargon so you understand what’s happening in your body and why—helping build confidence and control in your recovery.
Third, I combine hands-on treatment, dry needling, and targeted exercise rehabilitation to get you moving comfortably again, then rebuild strength and resilience to support long-term recovery.
This is the Estate Physio & Rehab approach—individualised care, clear communication, and a focus on lasting outcomes.
