Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of confirmation.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Since we deal in perishable goods (vegetables, fruits, fresh produce, and potentially meat products):
Refund or replacement is allowed only if:
Product delivered is spoiled or damaged
Wrong item delivered
Quantity mismatch
Customer must report within 2 hours of delivery with:
Order ID
Photo proof
3. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Improper storage after delivery
Delay caused due to incorrect address
Customer unavailable at delivery
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within:
3–5 business days (UPI/Bank)
5–7 business days (Card payments)
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.
