We develop high-performance metal oxide-based chemical sensors to enable advanced IoT-integrated environmental and healthcare monitoring. We focus on non-invasive diagnostics via exhaled breath analysis, achieving high sensitivity for trace-level biomarkers during room-temperature operation. By rigorously optimizing device stability and electrical characteristics, we provide a reliable platform for real-time physiological feedback. This integrated approach facilitates the realization of intelligent sensing systems for proactive health management and early disease intervention.
