Warm Ups

Warming up your voice is necessary to prevent potential damage to the larynx and the vocal cords.

Warm up exercises should loosen tension and relax your muscles, preparing them for prolonged use.

Think of them as a way to help you explore and  "get to know"  what your voice can do.
