Each application we receive is reviewed by management. It may take up to 48 hours for us to review your information.
If you meet our qualifications, your information will be added to our talent database and an invitation to download our proprietary mobile app will be provided to you.
We will also spend time with you learning more about your career goals to ensure that our openings best meet your needs.
When we have a position that matches your qualifications, you will have the ability to review available shifts/positions on our mobile job board at any given time.
You will have the opportunity to create a “self-book request” through the mobile app for any job that meets your qualifications.
Once the HR manager receives your request, they have the option to accept, or decline based on clients’ needs and mutual match.
At this time, interviews may be arranged with the refer source manager if we feel that both parties should meet.
We will never submit to you for an assignment without mutual approval.
With your approval, we will then submit your information to the client.
You will be required to do an initial phone screen and an in-person interview with one of our recruiters prior to being submitted to a client for contract assignments.
This does not apply to daily temp assignments.
We will also verify personal and professional references.
This pre-screening process allows us to submit our top candidates for each position.
Due to the volume of submissions, we receive, we cannot call every candidate to confirm the receipt of their resume/application.

Step 4 - The App- Once your employment application is submitted, you will be directed to Download the Mobile Staffing App from the app store and login to create a custom username and password. Here you can review/manage credentials, view and manage schedule. Receive alerts for new jobs and schedule changes.
The Staffing App is clean, crisp, user friendly and easy to navigate. It allows for smooth transitions between information which makes
scheduling and credentialing much more efficient. Key Features include but are not limited to:
- Allows the field team to clock in and out at the verified worksite.
- Staff can utilize an electronic badge which is available on the app.

- Facility supervisors can sign timesheets directly from the user’s phone.

- Staff can view available shifts and request approval for new assignments.

The Florida Board of Nursing requires 24 hours of continuing education every 2 years. **CEUS can be obtained for a $20 annual subscription to RN.org A list of CEU requirements can be reviewed in the HR Documents Library on the bottom of this page. Florida CE Requirements (RN, LPN)
The Florida Board of Nursing requires 24 hours of continuing education every 2 years including 2 hours of medical errors prevention and 2 hours or Florida Laws and Rules. Every third renewal 2 hours of Domestic Violence are required in addition to the 24 hours or general CE.

Step 8- All reference and Background Screening will be Conducted by Agency HR Manager
At this stage, you will be contacted to confirm readiness for placement or notified of any omissions. An ID badge will be provided to you via mail or it may be picked up at our Tampa office. A Level II Background Check (fingerprints) is required for all healthcare workers (By Agency every 5 years)

The Agency will conduct subsequent background screenings to include but not limited to: Level 2 Background Screening, Sex Offender Database Search, OIG- Office of the Inspector General, Driver’s License Check (if Applicable), FDLE and Professional License Verification (if applicable) upon hire and annually on the contractor’s anniversary date.
