Please Read Before Using This App
Essentially Cured is a wellness guidance application only. The content, recommendations, and information provided through this App are intended for general informational and educational purposes. Nothing in this App constitutes, or should be interpreted as, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The essential oil recommendations provided by Essentially Cured are based on general aromatherapy and wellness traditions. They are not evaluated or approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority. Essentially Cured does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, illness, injury, or health condition.
Before beginning any new wellness routine, using essential oils for health-related purposes, or making changes to an existing health plan, you should consult with a licensed and qualified healthcare professional. This is especially important if you:
Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or nursing
Are treating or managing a child under the age of 12
Have a chronic or pre-existing medical condition
Are currently taking prescription medications (some oils may interact with medications)
Have known allergies, skin sensitivities, or asthma
Are undergoing surgery or a medical procedure
Essential oils are potent, concentrated plant extracts. Improper use may result in skin irritation, allergic reactions, respiratory distress, or other adverse effects. Always:
Dilute essential oils properly with a carrier oil before topical application
Perform a patch test before applying any new oil to a larger area of skin
Keep oils away from eyes, ears, and mucous membranes
Never ingest essential oils unless under the explicit guidance of a qualified professional
Keep all essential oils out of reach of children and pets
If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention.
Essentially Cured, its owners, developers, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information provided in this App. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
By using Essentially Cured, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Medical Disclaimer in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App immediately.
