A. Information Collected via Meta Horizon Platform Features To operate our Games on Meta Horizon devices, we request and process specific platform data:

• User ID (USER_ID): A unique account identifier provided by Meta to identify your account, sync your player progress, manage cross-session save data, and maintain multiplayer lobby states.

• User Profile (USER_PROFILE): Your public Oculus/Meta profile information (such as display name/username) used for in-game multiplayer identification, leaderboards, and social interaction.

• User Age / Age Category (USER_AGE): Information regarding age group or age categorization to ensure compliance with age-appropriate gameplay features, platform safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• In-App Purchases (IAP): Transaction records, purchase tokens, and entitlement data generated when you buy virtual items, currency, or downloadable content within the Games. (Note: We do not directly store or process full credit card details; all financial processing is handled securely by Meta).

B. Information Collected Automatically & Third-Party Services When you use our Games, performance and telemetry data are automatically collected:

• PlayFab: We use PlayFab to manage backend cloud storage, player inventories, player profiles, and virtual currency transactions.

• Photon: We use Photon (PUN / Photon Voice) to power real-time multiplayer networking, room matchmaking, and voice chat communications.

• Gameplay Data: Information regarding your game progress, settings, and interactions with other players.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to provide, maintain, and improve our Games, specifically to:

• Authenticate your identity and enable multiplayer functionality via USER_ID and USER_PROFILE.

• Process and fulfill in-app purchases (IAP) and track virtual inventory via PlayFab.

• Ensure player safety, platform compliance, and age-appropriate experiences (USER_AGE).

• Sync game progress, statistics, and leaderboards.

• Detect, prevent, and mitigate cheating, hacking, or unauthorized access.

• Provide customer support and address service issues.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with third parties in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers & Backend Partners: We share data with third-party service providers (such as PlayFab for game state/inventory management and Photon for multiplayer communication) strictly to deliver in-game features.

• Platform Providers: Data is processed through Meta Horizon platform APIs as necessary for app authentication and purchase validation.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the safety, rights, and security of Eclipse Studios, our players, or the public.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Requests

You have the right to access, update, or permanently delete the personal data associated with your account.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion: If you wish to request the deletion of your account, USER_ID, player progress, or any associated personal data stored in our systems or backend services (PlayFab/Photon), please submit a request to us:

Upon receiving your request, we will verify your player identification and permanently delete your record from our databases within 30 days, unless retention is legally required.
