~Make sure you read and understand these terms before commissioning! (But don't worry, it's shorter than it looks!)~

General Expectations:

⬩ I do not work with NSFW accounts. NSFW includes but is not limited to: graphic nudity, explicit sexual content, anything relating to or pertaining to fetishes or kinks of any kind. If you provide a NSFW account in Google Forms, your request will be skipped.

⬩ Please allow between a 3 to 4 weeks for me to finish your commission. (The more details your character/scene a person has, the longer it will take me to complete it!)

⬩ I will give regular updates on progress (such as sketches, line art, flat color, and partial and completed shading). I will also update if I feel like I will need more than a month to finish. Feel free to ask for progress photos at any point throughout however!

⬩ Please keep in mind to provide ample information regarding your commission (i.e. reference images, backstories, personalities, poses and facial expressions, etc). The more you describe, the easier it will be for me to replicate what you want!

⬩ I reserve the right to reject any request. Even if your request doesn't really go against any terms, I - as the artist - still hold the right to reject any commission without explanation.

Using my Art:

⬩ Be sure to credit me if you use, share, repost, or otherwise use my art in any non-commercial way (meaning you don't make money off of it) by tagging me or linking one of my socials (links on Commission page) or saying something along the lines of "Made by Th33lit3".

⬩ Using my art for personal use is completely okay! (such as in the case of Youtube videos, avatars, banners, icons, and emotes). Just be sure to credit me if you do!

⬩ Do not resell my art in any capacity -- whether it's been traced, copied, edited, or is in any way a direct replication of the original piece, don't resell my work without my explicit written permission first.

⬩ When I open commissions, I will take a certain amount of requests until the slots are filled up! Once they are, I will not be taking any more commissions for the time being. Though feel free to still put in a request using the Google Forms at the bottom of the Commission page and I will get back to you when I can!

⬩ I go by a first come, first serve basis, working in order of the queue!

⬩ Please have payment ready when I get to your commission! Those who don't will be skipped, so be mindful of that!

⬩ If you leave an inquiry using the forms below after my commissions have closed, it may take an extended period of time before I get to yours!

⬩ Paypal only!

⬩ I will start your commission after you pay me.

⬩ Bigger purchases ($80 and above) can be divided into two parts on your behalf; half will be paid up front, the other half will be paid after the line art is complete. Work after the line art will not begin until I receive the second half of the payment.

⬩ Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the character and/or the scene (labeled in the Examples section as Simple and Complex).

⬩ If I cannot finish your commission for whatever reason, I will refund you depending on how much I’ve finished it (i.e. sketching/lineart = full refund, coloring/shading = half refund).

⬩ Prices are subject to change at the discretion of the artist. Current clients who paid before a change will not be affected.
