Information for Presenters

Thank you for participating in ESP-HPC 2024! On this page we provide information for those invited to present.

1. By Saturday, September 14th, please confirm in-person attendance and indicate whether you will be requesting financial assistance for workshop registration. Please refer to your invitation email for the link to the Google form.

2. By Friday, September 27th, please submit your "Stage 2: Program Materials" to the Supercomputing submissions website: https://submissions.supercomputing.org/

3. The "Stage 2: Program Materials" submission requires a "Paper Upload". If you would like a pdf of your presentation abstract included on the Symposium website (i.e., this website), please upload a non-anonymous version. If you do not want such a pdf included, please upload a blank pdf at this stage.

4. Presentation slots are 20 minutes in length, including Q&A.
