Roanoke Valley-Alleghany Adult Education (Alleghany, Botetourt, Craig, and Roanoke Counties, and Covington, Roanoke, and Salem Cities)
National External Diploma Program - People who are no longer in school and want to earn high school diplomas may be able to do so through the National External Diploma Program (NEDP). This program is accessed online and usually takes students 6-12 months to complete. It is self-paced and relates to real job and life skills. Contact the adult education branch in your region to find out if a student qualifies for the NEDP.
