Global networking – The event attracts leading academics, early-career researchers and industrial scientists, facilitating collaborations that often extend far beyond the conference week.
International visibility – Organizing ESOC positions the host city and institutions at the center of the organic-chemistry community, enhancing reputation and media reach.
Regional promotion – Bringing ESOC to your country stimulates local research, industry partnerships and tourism, leaving a lasting economic and scientific impact.
Proposals must satisfy a set of organizational, scientific and financial criteria (venue capacity, lecture halls, poster facilities, sponsorship plan, etc.). Please consult the guidelines in the ESOC Symposium Hosting Requirements document. Further details are provided by the ISC.
Interested organizers should send an expression of interest followed by a formal bid dossier to the current ISC President. Early inquiries are welcome. Commercial offers lacking strong academic partnership will not be considered.
