Proposals must satisfy a set of organizational, scientific and financial criteria (venue capacity, lecture halls, poster facilities, sponsorship plan, etc.). Please consult the guidelines in the ESOC Symposium Hosting Requirements document. Further details are provided by the ISC.

How to submit
Interested organizers should send an expression of interest followed by a formal bid dossier to the current ISC President. Early inquiries are welcome. Commercial offers lacking strong academic partnership will not be considered.
