• Google Account Information: When you choose to "Sign in with Google," we process your basic profile information (first name, last name, email address, and profile picture) solely to verify your user identity and securely manage your account.

• In-App Data and Backup: Your in-app data (customer records, debt/credit tracking) is stored locally on your device's internal storage. When you use the "Backup to Cloud" feature, your local database file is securely encrypted and backed up to a hidden application folder (appDataFolder) under your own Google account. This data cannot be accessed by us or any third parties.

• Payment and Subscription Data: The RevenueCat infrastructure is utilized to manage Pro version subscription transactions and purchases. Your payment transactions are handled directly and securely through the Google Play Billing system; credit card or financial information is never collected or stored by us.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

To ensure stable operation and provide our services, the following trusted third-party services are used within our application:

• Google Play Services & Google Drive API: For authentication, in-app purchases, and user-controlled cloud backup services.

• RevenueCat: For the verification and management of subscription statuses.

3. Data Security

Industry-standard encryption and security measures are implemented to protect your data. Your data backed up on Google Drive remains entirely under your own user control.

4. User Rights and Data Deletion

Users can clear their local data at any time by simply deleting the application from their mobile devices. If you wish to completely delete your backups on Google Drive or your account information, you can request data deletion by contacting us at our communication address provided below.

6. Account and Data Deletion Request

Once requested, your account authentication records and Google Drive application backup files will be permanently deleted from our systems within 7 business days.
