Eslam Eldeeb

Eslam Eldeeb is a postdoctroal researcher with the University of Oulu. He received the B.Sc. (2019), M.Sc. (2021), and D.Sc. (with distinction, 2025) degree in Electrical Engineering from Alexandria University (Egypt), the University of Oulu (Finland) and the University of Oulu (Finland), respectively. He is actively working on decision-making under uncertainty in communication systems. His research interests include reinforcement learning, generative models, and wireless communications. His research resulted in more than 25 peer-reviewed publications. He was a lecturer in wireless communication-related tutorials (ISWCS’2022, WF-IoT2023).
