How can I sign up for the next cohort?

Please sign up to our mailing list available on the 'contact us' section. Once you sign up to our mailing list you'll be notified of when new cohorts will be formed and you'll be receiving our official registration form.

Who can participate in the program?

To apply for the tutor position you must be a youth (15-19) from an English-speaking country. To apply for the program as a tutee you must be a student (15-19) from a non-English speaking country that is looking to practice their English with a native speaker.

Do tutors get volunteer hours for their work?

Yes! Volunteer letters are sent to tutors approximately one to two months after the end of each cohort.

What is the time commitment for the program?

Students meet with their tutors once a week for a duration of eight weeks (approx. 2 months). Sessions have a duration of 45 minutes.

How are students partnered up?

Students are partnered up based on availability and age.

Where do the tutoring sessions take place?

All sessions take place on Google Meet and are monitored by at least one of the organizers.
