By accessing or using PDF Singer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
PDF Singer allows users to sign PDF documents, add stamps, edit images, merge PDF files, and export documents. Additional features may be added over time.
PDF Singer offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple’s App Store.
Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
The app uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements. RevenueCat does not receive your payment information.
You retain all rights to documents, images, signatures, and other content you import into the app.
PDF Singer does not store, upload, or access your files unless explicitly required for a feature and approved by you.
You agree not to:
Use the app for illegal activities
Upload harmful, abusive, or offensive content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the application
Misuse the service in a way that could damage the app or other users
Your privacy is important. PDF Singer uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to improve performance and functionality. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
PDF Singer is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDF Singer and its developers are not responsible for damages, data loss, or legal consequences arising from the use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
