This Policy applies to the App and related support communications. It does not apply to third‑party services you choose to use when exporting or sharing documents (e.g., Mail, Files, iCloud, or other apps/providers).
Documents and content you import or create (PDF, DOCX, images), signatures, annotations, and generated PDFs are processed locally on your device.
We do not upload your documents, signatures, or content to our servers.
Access to Camera, Photos, and Files is used solely to let you select content and is optional.
Offline mode: Premium users can use the App fully offline. When offline, no analytics data is transmitted; some SDKs may queue minimal telemetry and send it only once a connection is available.
We do not collect or store your documents, signatures, or file contents on our servers.
We do not operate a backend that processes your document data.
We do not sell your personal data.
To improve stability and understand installs and engagement, we use anonymized/aggregated analytics and attribution services. These third parties may receive technical identifiers and usage signals, but not your document contents.
Firebase (Google) — analytics and app performance.
AppsFlyer — install attribution and high-level engagement.
Tenjin — install attribution and aggregated analytics.
Typical data these providers may process:
Device and app information: app version, iOS version, device model, language, country/region derived from IP.
Identifiers: IP address, resettable identifiers such as Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) if permitted, and vendor/device identifiers.
App events: installs, opens, feature usage metadata (non-content), purchase events (without payment card data).
Diagnostics: anonymized performance and crash-related signals.
We configure these services not to receive your document contents or signatures.
Third‑party privacy information:
AppsFlyer: https://www.appsflyer.com/legal/services-privacy-policy/
Tenjin: https://www.tenjin.com/privacy/
Premium purchases are processed by Apple via in‑app purchase. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple’s privacy practices apply to transactions.
The App does not use cookies. Some SDKs may use device identifiers for analytics or attribution. On iOS, access to IDFA requires your permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you deny permission, tracking identifiers are not used for tracking purposes, and SDK behavior is limited accordingly.
Permissions: You can revoke Camera, Photos, and Files access anytime in iOS Settings.
Tracking and identifiers: Manage app tracking permissions in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. You can also reset the advertising identifier and manage Apple Advertising settings in iOS Settings.
Analytics: If the App provides an in‑app analytics toggle, you may disable it. Otherwise, use the iOS controls above.
Documents and signatures: All are stored locally. Deleting items in the App or uninstalling the App removes local data from your device.
Exports/sharing: When you export or share, the chosen destination’s privacy policy applies.
Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we process:
To provide the App and its features: performance of a contract.
For anonymized/aggregated analytics and attribution: legitimate interests to maintain and improve the App, and in applicable cases, your consent (e.g., ATT for IDFA-based tracking).
To comply with law: legal obligations.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests or withdraw consent where applicable.
Documents and signatures: remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.
Analytics/attribution data: retained by our providers per their policies. We do not host this data on our own servers.
Our analytics and attribution providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, they implement safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. See their policies for details.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or as defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided data to these services, contact us to request deletion.
Document and signature processing occurs locally on your device.
We rely on iOS data protection features and industry‑standard practices by our analytics providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to minimize data collection and exposure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing, and to object or withdraw consent. To exercise rights, contact: esign@onlycodemania.com
You may also contact your local data protection authority.
For California residents (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell personal information. Some disclosures to analytics/attribution partners may be considered “sharing” for cross‑context behavioral advertising under California law; you can control such sharing via iOS tracking settings and by declining ATT prompts.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the App or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated in‑app or on the App Store listing where appropriate.
