PRIVACY

eServiceguy will issue a full refund to any customer who requests cancellation of service before any work or service has been done on the customer’s device.

eServiceguy will not issue a refund for any payments made for a previous month’s service as agreed upon with a monthly service plan, however SUPPORTS BUDDY may issue a full or partial refund, at its sole discretion, for the most recent month’s monthly service fees.

eServiceguy can issue a full refund for any services not performed as at the start approved, or if services weren't ready to be performed due to a lost association or lost communication. However, eServiceguy won't issue a refund once services are completed as at the start approved. Once work has been performed on your device, eServiceguy can, at its discretion, issue a full or partial refund given that the client has not received service as approved.

You agree that any requests for refund should be created with five calendar days from the date of initial service on your device. at intervals that five civil day|period of time|period} period, you've got the correct to tell eServiceguy of any problems that weren't properly addressed or resolved once work was performed on your device. If you are doing not build a claim of any extra problems at intervals the five time period window, you the client waive the correct to extra service for problems that arise at a later date.

If you the customer do report an issue with 5 calendar days from the date of service, eServiceguy agrees to either submit a full refund if any unresolved issues cannot be corrected. eServiceguy will take all possible action to remedy the problem on your device. You, the customer, agree that you will not attempt to obtain a refund once your issue has been fully resolved and you have signed the service completion agreement.
