NOTES: A great capture of the American premiere at La Jolla Playhouse. The incredibly talented cast delivers the score beautifully. Michael and Ciara both give powerhouse performances. This is a perfect capture with no blackouts, no obstruction, and just slight washout in some wide shots. It’s filmed in 16:9, with a mix of wides, mediums, and close-ups. The sound is excellent. Includes curtain call and playbill scans.
