ESE Activations

The ESE Ecosystem is a growing community and resource network designed to connect people, brands, businesses, artists, organizations, and communities that believe collaboration creates greater opportunities than competition.

Throughout our journey, we’ve met countless individuals doing incredible work. We discovered that our communities don’t lack talent, creativity, determination, or resources. What we often lack is the structure, communication, and intentional systems that make it easier to work together.

In a world where many people are simply trying to survive, we’ve become increasingly individualistic. While there is nothing wrong with building your own dream, we believe none of us were meant to build alone.

We believe every person is an individual piece of a much larger picture. When those pieces intentionally connect, opportunities expand, resources circulate, and entire communities become stronger.

That is the mission of Everybody Support Everybody.

What Is an ESE Activation?

We believe one of the best ways to strengthen a community is by giving people opportunities to work together.

We call these opportunities ESE Activations.

An ESE Activation is any event, project, program, initiative, consultation, volunteer effort, marketplace, construction project, media production, or community experience that intentionally brings multiple people, brands, or organizations together around one shared goal.

Every activation creates opportunities to:

• Build relationships

• Share resources

• Exchange services

• Support local businesses

• Create paid opportunities

• Develop new skills

• Strengthen our communities

The more we activate together, the stronger the ecosystem becomes.

How the Ecosystem Works

Rather than always looking outside our communities first, ESE encourages us to first ask:

“Who within the network already has what we need?”

Sometimes that’s a contractor.

Sometimes it’s an artist.

Sometimes it’s a venue.

Sometimes it’s transportation.

Sometimes it’s simply someone willing to help.

By intentionally connecting the people already around us, we create opportunities that benefit everyone involved.
