Emerging Semiconductor Devices Lab

Thank you for visiting the website of Emerging Semiconductor Devices Group, led by Prof. Saeroonter Oh at Hanyang University.

Our group focuses on:

  • novel devices and architectures for energy-efficient brain-inspired computing

  • metal-oxide thin-film transistors for flexible & wearable applications, and integration with logic & memory systems

  • device modeling and circuit simulation of gate-all-around CMOS, metal-oxide transistors, and spin logic devices

For 3rd and 4th-year undergraduate students interested in lab internships, contact Prof. Oh for inquiries.
