Emerging Semiconductor Devices Lab
Thank you for visiting the website of Emerging Semiconductor Devices Group, led by Prof. Saeroonter Oh at Sungkyunkwan University.
Our group focuses on:
novel devices and architectures for energy-efficient brain-inspired computing
oxide semiconductor transistors for displays, and monolithic integration for embedded memory and machine learning
device characterization, device modeling, circuit simulation of sub-3nm gate-all-around CMOS, spin logic devices, magnetic memory devices, vdW-based multi-channel devices
* Undergraduate students! If you're interested in joining the group and/or lab internships, don't hesitate to contact Prof. Oh for inquiries.
