The Eurovision Song Contest Survey Forms is an unofficial ESC website where fans can vote for their favourite songs from a series of polls created by Google Forms. Each one has its own set of rules and songs that are eligible for voting that lasts for a period of time before the results are revealed. Once revealed, fans will find out where their favourite song placed in the ranking.

Types of survey polls range from a country-only poll, a year-only poll and a poll based on a theme.
