Experts time!

How you will design you website?

1. Just 1 of the technicians have to create the website. After that he/she has to add the other technicians in the website.

2. How Google sites work? Here you have a 5 minutes tutorial:

3. Specific tutorial: How can I add a picture in Google drive and then uploaded in Google sites?

How will be your video ?

You need to design the video of you proposal.

REMEMBER: this video have should be a tutorial. You have to explain how to use or apply your proposal/product.

Examples:

How can I do it?

1. Fill each vignette with one drawing that shows what do you want to record in your video (the drawings have to be simple, is just to have an idea).

2. Write at least 1 sentence for each vignette.

REMEBER: You have to use modal verbs and environment language! (at least 1 of each).

How the elements will be placed in the website?

1. Which are the compulsary elements of the proposal?

Video
Justification of the proposal
Explanation of the proposal

2. Think how you will place all these elements in your website.

3. Talk with the technicians if you want, to know if you can put images, videos, etc in you webiste.

4. Decide if you want to add more elements.

Which materials do you need to develop your proposal?

1. Search in the internet all the materials need it to develop the proposal. Write it in a Google drive document.

How to create a document in Google drive?

3. Write next to the materials the general place where you can buy it. For example: flower shop, harware store....

2. Specify the place puting a real link. For example: harware store ( www.todoencasa.com).

GROUP BASE TIME!

You have to share with your team what you did during experts time. How to do it?

REMEMBER to use:

modal verbs and environmental vocabulary

when giving an opinion or explaining something:

EXPERTS:

Should we add the wood as another material?
If you want we could also put this picture here.
Should we change the sentence from the second vignette?

AUDIENCE (team):

We should change picture A for picture B
We could delate this picture.
We should add a modal verb in this sentence.

1. Facilitators (10 minutes).

-Show your video template.

-Explain why you decided to do it like this: the drawings and the sentences.

-Ask for help if you have doubts about something.

-Finish of with the help of your team, in case you haven't got enough time before.

Opinion of the team (after the expert explanation): (5minutes)

1. Show your opinion to the expert. Raise your flashcards: I agree/ I desagree

2. If you disagree justify why. Then, provide an idea to change what you don't like.

2. Master Maerials (5 minutes)

-Show your Google Drive document with all the materials.

-Ask to your team if there are materials missing.

-Show to your team the links that you chose.

3. Directors (5 minutes)

-Show the paper where you draw the website design.

-Explain why you decided to do it like this: I decided to put this picture here because..., the video is placed here because..., there will be only 3 images because...

-Check with the technician if the design that you created is feasible or not.

4. Technicians (5 minutes)
