You are fully passionate to promote health and try to learn more in a course, e.g. the one provided by DIRENE or INPRO. One client related to this course, who is living isolated in a rural region, has contacted you asking for advice. You followed the invitation into this digital room. 

What you find out together is that the client's health status is about to deteriorate unless you find a way to improve the client's access to the health system. You understand that digital rehabilitation is the way to improve health care. You need to find a better solution to empower your client. YES! Apply collaborative reasoning with your interprofessional colleagues!

You get a notice from the insurance provider that you have 50 minutes time to counsel the client based on evidence, meaning - to find the way out of this room. If not, the client's access to remote health care WILL BE DENIED and you cannot continue your course.
