Story:
You are Ichabod Crane, a schoolmaster from Connecticut, and have descended upon a small town in New York called, Sleepy Hollow. This town is renowned for its educators, but also for its ghouls and ghosts. There is a haunting atmosphere that pervades the imaginations of its inhabitants and visitors. Some residents say this town was bewitched during the early days of the Dutch settlement. The most infamous apparition in the Hollow is the Headless Horseman, said to be the ghost of a Hessian soldier that had his head cut off during the Revolutionary War. The legend states that he "rides forth to the scene of battle in nightly quest of his head" and stops at nothing to reap carnage on those who cross his path.
