In 2015, we hosted the Maps 2015 meeting in Strasbourg, with the goal of bringing together experimental and theoretical neuroscientists studying map formation in the nervous system.
The goal of the Tree Shrew Users Meeting is to bring together the community of scientists that use the tree shrew as a model organism within various sub-fields of neuroscience. We believe this meeting will improve communication and skills transfer between groups and lead to collaborations. Looking forward to the in-person meeting in 2022!
Joint Master in Neuroscience (2011-2013)
University of Strasbourg (France), together with its partners from the Universities of Basel (Switzerland) and Freiburg/Breisgau (Germany), offers an international training in neuroscience for english-speaking students who wish to obtain a degree in this field.
MPFI Neuroimaging (2019)
This is an intensive and comprehensive laboratory-oriented course focusing on applying imaging techniques to neuroscience research. The objective of this imaging course is to gain exposure to modern imaging tools from the principles of optics to applications in modern neuroscience.
CSH - Vision: A Platform for Linking Circuits, Behavior & Perception (2017)
The purpose of this course is to bring together students and faculty for in-depth and high level discussions of modern approaches for probing how specific cell types and circuits give rise to defined categories of visual perception and behavior. It is also designed to address novel strategies aimed at overcoming diseases that compromise visual function.
