Cambridge Dictionary

You can learn new words with their meanings and example sentences. Some of words are also given a CEFR level, helping you to learn words at your level.

Oxford Learner's Dictionary

Different from Cambridge Dictionary, the Oxford Learner's Dictionary has also word lists based on topic. Furthermore, you can see CEFR levels of some words.

EBA

Eba ("Eğitim Bilişim Ağı" which translates to Educational Information Net), is a net for students to study on and improve themselves in many lectures and English also can be learned from here. There are videos of teachers explaining certain subjects that you want to learn.

British Council

Focuses on many points, easy access and well-recognized around the world.

BBC Learning English

Distinguished by many, with special videos and podcasts focusing on education, BBC is generally used by English learners.

IELTS

It is known for English tests globally recognized but there are samples, listening activities and a myriad amount of information with regard to developing our language skills with distinctive methods.

At this level, you are a beginner and start learning English . You can use some common English expressions.
