Early Registration Deadline (CLOSED): August 16th, 2024

• Faculty Early Rate: $450

• Student Early Rate: $250

Final Registration Deadline (CLOSED): September 4th, 2024

• Faculty Rate: $550

• Student Rate: $350

NOTE: The Hyatt Regency group rate of $199/night expired on September 6th, 2024

• The non-group rate is still available, and there are plenty of other hotels a short walk away.
