About
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Operations & Information Systems, at the David Eccles School of Business of The University of Utah. I received my Ph.D. in Operations Research from National University of Singapore and B.Sc. in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
My research focuses on understanding how the on-demand business model is re-shaping the management and sustainable operations of firms and service platforms, as well as how mathematical models and data can be applied to answer practical questions regarding the sustainability of platform operations.
