About
Eryn is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Operations & Information Systems, at the David Eccles School of Business of The University of Utah. Her research focuses on understanding how the on-demand business model is re-shaping the management and sustainable operations of firms and service platforms, as well as how mathematical models and data can be applied to answer practical questions regarding the sustainability of platform operations.
Eryn received a Ph.D. in Operations Research from National University of Singapore in 2022, advised by Professor Joel Goh and Professor Chung-Piaw Teo, and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2016.
