While Documenting a process that could save time to more than 50 collaborators got a Recognizment from a the supervisor that I didn't knew he was, THIS ASSISTED REDUCING THE DISASTER RECOVERY TIME IN THE COMPANY

I didn't even knew Miguel was a supervisor, and he stated he would use the troubleshoot research i find in the system to share with all his colaborators, meaning he didn't even knew at all and that is something great when even someone at a higher position recognize your documentation efforts for the company to continue growing

Data leak prevention addressed

Client needed to know what transaction was under her account, but once I noticed, the debit card was not associated to Barbara account, as Barbara account debit card ended in 335.

I asked the supervisor to check why there's a unrecognized transaction on Barbara's account's, i proceeded to ask the supervisor for guidance on how to resolve, she told me it is not possible due that only the merchant shows up the transaction detail and that if the client wanted to know from where the transactions comes, she needed to wait 4 days more untill it cleared!

Supervisor stated it was not possible to resolve!

I noticed the client had a joint account shared with his wife James!

I check James Joint account and I noticed the debit card ending in 302

I was able to log James transactions properly and load the charges

I was able to find the transaction of 2.89 that the supervisor told me that was not possible finding on the account of Barbara

Here I was able to solve the problem

I found also a 4.06 debit

What happen, I noticed as they shared the same account some transactions should be deducted from both accounts, but the system shouldn't share his James transactions under Barbara's account, so I noticed this inconvenient and I shared it with the company, I made a proper documentation to have it explained with more procedures, I'm not authorized to share confidential information from bank accounts and that is the reason these captures are a little blurry and it has some patches.

This procedure helped the entire organization to prevent data leak in all customers that have Joint account shared with other's!
