Eruna Technology India Pvt Ltd. built the Eruna as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Eruna Technology India Pvt Ltd. at no cost and is intended for use as is.

o collection is necessary for the performance of a task/process/application by the employee
· Employees shall not be liable to provide more personal information than is necessary
· Collection of personal information shall be avoided or limited when reasonably possible.
· Personal information shall be de-identified when the purposes of data collection can be achieved without personally identifiable information, at reasonable cost.
1.1 Use, Retention and Disposal
• Personal information shall be retained for as long as necessary for business purposes identified in the notice / SoW / contract agreements at the time of collection or subsequently authorized
• When the use of personal information is no longer necessary for business purposes, a method shall be in place to ensure that the information is destroyed in a manner sufficient to prevent unauthorized access or is de-identified in a manner sufficient to make the data non-personally identifiable.
• Personal information shall be erased if their storage violates any of the data protection rules or if knowledge of the data is no longer required by employer.
• Additionally, employer has the right to retain the personnel information for legal and regulatory purpose and as per applicable data privacy laws.

Employer shall have the right to collect the following information in whole or in part for the performance of task/contract. This list is not exhaustive and Employer may further add/edit/delete the kind of information required without a separate information to the individual:

o Location during working hours
o Mobile number
Eruna uses the collected data for various purposes:
To provide and maintain the Service
To notify you about changes to our Service
To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so

Used to authenticate users when marking attendance, ensuring records are accurate and genuine.
May also be used to support secure login in place of or in addition to traditional credentials like passwords or PINs.
4. Data Sharing
Facial images are not shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or disclose this data to any external organizations or service providers.
5. Storage and Security
Facial images are stored securely in Amazon S3 cloud storage, protected by encryption and strict access controls.
This storage is maintained only for internal auditing and traceability purposes, as defined by customer compliance requirements.
6. Data Retention and Erasure
Facial images are retained only for the duration necessary to support attendance validation and audit requirements.
Upon an employee’s exit, all associated facial image data is erased in line with our application protection policy.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
