By using Emergency Response Staff Management Service, you agree to our policies. If you do not agree, do not add ERSMS to your guild or use its commands as by doing so, you show that you agree.
Anyone can use ERSMS as long as they follow Discord Terms of Service. You have to be 13+ years of age (may change based on geographical restrictions). However, we may revoke access to our application for any reason without notifying you.
The bot is not to be tested on (trying to find exploits) and it may result in an automatic un-appealable blacklist. Our bot is not to be used to harass users through our features or to use it for any illegal activities or things against the Discord ToS.
Whatever you post in a guild using ERSMS we may use for legal action and anything that's on your account or sent from your account will be deemed as you executing the actions, whether it be from an IP address or your own Roblox / Discord account.
ERSMS is not responsible for any damage or loss to your server resulting from the ERSMS bot.
ERSMS may be subject to downtime, errors, incorrect actions and security attacks, but we do not claim any responsibility for actions resulting in these inconvenient things. We do not have to provide compensation for loss of money that you paid subscriptions for unless you're being scammed or there's an error on our end and we must refund you if this happens to be the case.
Users may not copy, modify or attempt to use the branding of ERSMS to promote their own products or servers. ERSMS is ObviouslyTiger's and kablankooo's property only. ERSMS will never be sold and kablankooo will always be overseeing what's happening in the ERSMS bot.
This may be changed / edited at any time but we must notify you within 48 hours of the change.
