Our community-based SHAPE provides direct input to school district leaders about policies, programs, practices, and services that impact students with disabilities and their families.
The collective voice and varied perspectives of SHAPE members are comprised of families, the Board of Education, faculty, Child Study Team Members, students, and former students.
SHAPE provides opportunities to establish shared goals and priorities that benefit students with disabilities. Through shared perspectives and input, we help shape local special education programs and policies.
We also offer opportunities for families and their school districts to support, inform, and learn from one another.
