This app does not collect or share your personal information. This app does not have internet access.

This app uses your location to represent the sky, the objects in the sky and their timing, as they appear from where you are.

You can choose to enter a fixed position or to let the app retrieve it automatically and update it when you're on the move. The more accurate your position is, the better the representation of the sky will match the real sky.

Your position is also saved on your device, within the app, in case your device position is temporarily unavailable.

If you decide to contact us: to get informations about the app, for a bug you found, or for whatever reason; we may ask you to share some information, including the app settings you are using (that include your location) but you are free to refuse our request, or to share only a subset of your choice, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with information, help or service of your desired.

We only retain information you share with us for as long as necessary. What data we may store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

We reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to users on this page and possibly within our websites and our application, as far as technically and legally feasible.
